Main Unit & Motor

The main unit and motor boast outstanding waterproof performance and can operate stably under humid and water splashing conditions, reaching an IP68 waterproof rating. The remote controller housing is constructed from high-strength material, featuring drop resistance and wear resistance, ideal for harsh rough construction site environments.

This proportional actuator adopts an electromagnetic clutch structure, which enables precise on-off control of torque transmission on the output shaft via electromagnetic engagement and disengagement. It delivers instant and sensitive triggering response; power engagement is completed rapidly once a command is sent without any lag. It achieves excellent proportional synchronization, where the joystick deflection linearly matches power output for smooth and precise operation. The clutch disengages the moment power is cut off to immediately stop power transmission to the output shaft, preventing accidental equipment movements and offering superior safety protection.

With a rugged and durable structure, it adapts to harsh site conditions including heavy dust, intense vibration and drastic temperature changes. It perfectly matches control handles of all kinds of construction machinery, and is widely applied in remote control systems for truck-mounted cranes, pump trucks, drilling rigs, aerial work platforms and other equipment, ensuring stable overall machine control and high-efficiency operation.

The number of control channels can be flexibly increased or decreased according to the actual operation requirements of each project, allowing flexible configuration of channel quantities. Multiple channels operate independently without mutual interference. You can opt for a basic model with fewer channels to cut costs, or expand to multi-channel layouts for combined linked control. Customizable to match the motion control demands of various construction machinery, it delivers superior adaptability.

The installation process is simple and efficient with fully non-destructive modification. No alterations to the vehicle’s original oil circuits or wiring are required, including no wire stripping or disassembly of core factory components.

After the full remote control system is fitted, the original manual control functions of the machine remain fully intact. You can freely switch between wireless remote mode and factory manual mode without any mutual interference. Subsequent inspections and maintenance will not void the original factory warranty of the vehicle, bringing you reliable and worry-free use.
